Before we replaced the roof the client had a failing Modified Bitumen Roof. 

We replaced it with a EPDM Rubber Membrane.

This roof started as a built-up tar roof. The homeowner had some leaking issues and with built up tar it is next to impossible to truly find where the leak is coming from or repair it once you find it. We decided the best course of action was to replace the roof with EPDM membrane for a nice watertight roof.
